We want you to be happy with ClearBlock Premium. If it’s not what you expected, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing and applicable taxes on our behalf.

30‑day refunds

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. This applies to first‑time purchases. Renewals are covered below.

How to request a refund

  1. Reply to your Paddle receipt email and request a refund, or
  2. Email us at support@clearadblocker.com with your order ID and the email used at checkout.

We’ll work with Paddle to process eligible refunds. Once issued, refunds typically return to your original payment method within a few business days (timing may vary by bank/issuer).

Subscriptions & renewals

License deactivation

When a refund is issued, the related Premium license may be deactivated. You’ll continue to have access to the free features of ClearBlock.

Chargebacks

If you believe your card was charged in error, please contact us first. We can often resolve issues faster than a chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated, your license may be paused while the dispute is investigated.

Taxes

Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) are determined and collected by Paddle. Refunds typically include taxes where required by law.
