Install / “Add to Chrome”

If the button doesn’t work, open the store and search ClearBlock.

  1. Open the store below.
  2. Click Add to Chrome (or Get on Edge).
  3. Pin the extension for quick access.

Tip: If the extension is disabled, open chrome://extensions and toggle it on.

Activate Premium

Open the ClearBlock popup, click OptionsRestore Premium, then paste your license key from your ClearBlock Premium receipt email.

Can’t find the email? Search your inbox for “ClearBlock Premium” or “ClearBlock” and check your spam folder. For billing or refunds, see our Refund Policy or contact support with your order details.

Cookie banners or popups still showing?

  1. Open the page where the banner or popup appears.
  2. Click the ClearBlock toolbar icon.
  3. Make sure Cookie Cutter and Popup Shield are turned on for that site.
  4. Reload the page.

Some sites use very custom consent tools. If a banner or popup still survives, please send us the URL so we can improve detection.

Site looks broken or blank

If a page won’t load, videos won’t play, or something important disappears:

  1. Click the ClearBlock toolbar icon.
  2. Try Pause on this site and reload.
  3. Or click Don't Block This Website will instantly resolve this issue with that site.

If the problem only happens with ClearBlock on, please email us at support@clearadblocker.com with the page URL and a screenshot so we can investigate and fix it.

No — ClearBlock respects your default search settings and does not replace your new tab or new tab page.

I purchased Premium but I can’t find my key

Search your inbox for “ClearBlock Premium” or “ClearBlock.” Your receipt email includes the license key. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact support with the email address you used at checkout.

Cookie banners or popups are still showing

First, open the page, click the ClearBlock toolbar icon, and make sure Cookie Cutter and Popup Shield are turned on for that site, then reload. Some banners and popups are very custom; if one keeps coming back, send us the URL so we can improve detection.

Something broke on a site after enabling the blocker

Reload first. If it persists, either use Pause on this site or Click Don't Block This Website this will instantly fix issues on that site. If it only breaks with ClearBlock on, email us with the URL, a short description, and a screenshot so we can investigate.
