We want you to be happy with ClearBlock Premium. If it’s not what you expected, we offer a straightforward refund policy for digital purchases, in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer law.
Premium payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (currently Stripe), who handles checkout, payment processing, and applicable taxes on our behalf. Your card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us in full.
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 3 days of your first purchase of ClearBlock Premium. This applies to the initial purchase of a plan; renewals are covered separately below.
For subscriptions with a free trial, the “first purchase” happens when your first payment is taken after the trial ends.
We’ll review your request and, where eligible, arrange the refund via our payment provider. Once issued, refunds typically return to your original payment method within a few business days (timing may vary by bank or card issuer).
When a refund is issued, the related Premium license may be deactivated or shortened so that it no longer renews. You’ll continue to have access to the free features of ClearBlock.
If you believe your card was charged in error, please contact us first. We can often resolve issues faster than a card chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated, your Premium license may be paused or cancelled while the dispute is investigated, and we may limit future purchases on that account to prevent abuse.
Applicable taxes (for example VAT or GST) are determined and collected by our payment provider based on your billing details and location. Where a refund is approved, it will typically include taxes if required by law and supported by the provider.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
