Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 2025-10-25

1. Who we are

ClearBlock is provided by AdWizz Ltd (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@adwizz.co.uk. Support: support@clearadblocker.com.

2. What we provide

ClearBlock is a browser extension that blocks ads and some trackers using on‑device rules. Premium is an optional, paid upgrade that unlocks additional controls and convenience features. Core ad blocking remains free.

3. Licensing & use

4. Payments & billing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, and receipts on our behalf. Your card details are processed by Paddle and are not stored by us.

By purchasing, you agree to the plan terms (monthly or yearly) and any applicable taxes.

5. Refunds & cancellations

See our Refund Policy for details. In summary, we offer a 30‑day refund on first purchases; renewals can be reviewed within 7 days if unused. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

6. Fair use

You agree not to use ClearBlock to violate applicable laws, disrupt services, or infringe third‑party rights. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.

7. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or sell your browsing history. We may process order/licensing information for Premium, and limited server logs for security and support.

8. Availability & updates

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; we may release updates and fixes at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers

ClearBlock is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Ad/trackers change frequently, and results may vary by site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ClearBlock. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Third‑party sites

Links to third‑party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Governing law

Unless otherwise required by local consumer law, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may be announced in the extension or on the site.
